Toasted Vegetarian Wrap Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tsp Colorau Margao
(Portuguese sweet pepper powder)
2 Table spoons
Ricotta cheese
1 Flour wrap
½ Sweet green pepper
1 tsp chopped parsley
½ Cucumber
½ Avocado
5 Black olives pitted
¼ Lime
Black pepper
Sea salt
- Spread ricotta cheese on one side of
flour wrap.
- Finely chop into strips cucumber, green
pepper and avocado and add 1 table spoon of each
to middle of wrap.
- Add olives cut into slices and chopped
parsley.
- Season to taste, drizzle ¼ lime juice
and roll gently.
- Place in toastie machine/indoor grill.
- Toast for 4 minutes or until lightly
brown. Temperatures may vary depending on
grill brand.
