Stir fry recipes are the ultimate food. Hope you feel inspired to create your own.

Using fresh ingredients, you can create a great meal in minutes.

Most stir fry dishes are low in fat because only a small amount of oil is required.  Vegetables retain their bright colour and their nutritional value.

It is recommended that you replace vegetable oil for olive oil for a healthier option, reducing the risk of heart disease.

To ensure that ingredients cook throughout, cut the vegetables in the same size.  Consider its texture also as potato slice will need to cook for longer than zucchini slice for example.  You may wish to pre-boil potatoes before adding these to the stir fry.

Add each ingredient separately to help retain its flavour.

For best results, use T-Fal pans and pots, non stick and so worth every penny.  Very durable and easy to clean!
