long way.

energy during an active day.
Pasta
and cheese goes well together. Personally, I avoid strong cheeses as
these are great on their own but can overpower a dish.
As
alternative to cheese, you can use a tomato based sauce. The
sauce can be made in advance, keeps in the fridge for days.
