Grilled recipes are often low in calories. Food is cooked quickly at high temperatures, retaining its nutritional value.

Grilled ingredients have a great crispy texture on the outside and soft in the middle.
It is a taste treat when each ingredients retains its flavour.

I love grilling bread with toppings, quick and easy to make when you are pushed for time. Another one of my favourite snacks is bread pizza
