I plant my potatoes next to the roses in the garden.  
There is great satisfaction in harvesting new potatoes and cooking them straight away.

You cannot beat fresh ingredients, full of flavour and nutritional value.  

Cooking with fresh ingredients are also better for the environment, less mileage, reducing carbon foot print and less packaging.  It is a healthier option also as ingredients have properties intact retaining its nutritional value.

A fresh food diet can contribute to a happier mood also.
