Vegan Tower
Vegan Tower Recipe - This
vegan tofu recipe makes a perfect
suggestion
for
a light
appetizer.

Preparation: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
100 g Fresh Tofu
6 Large Flat Wild Mushrooms
2 Slices of vegan bread
½ Carrot
1 Garlic clove
2 tsp chopped Chives
1 tsp turmeric
½ Lemon (juice)
Olive oil
- Blend tofu, turmeric, garlic, juice ½
lemon, 2 tsp olive oil and carrot together.
- Add chopped chives and mix well. Season
with salt and pepper.
- Generously brush mushrooms with olive
oil (this will help avoid mushrooms drying out).
- Spread tofu mixture over mushrooms and
drizzle olive oil.
- Bake mushrooms in oven for 15 minutes
at 220 degrees.
- Lightly toast bread and cut 2 circles
with same diameter as the mushrooms.
- Place 1 circle toasted bread in middle
of plate, followed by 1 mushroom.
- Add another 2 mushrooms on top.
- Decorate with chives on top of the
tower and serve.
