Ingredients:
200g Vegan sausage sliced in chunks
1 Table spoon yeast extract
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Soya butter
1 tsp Paprika
1 Table spoon olive oil
1 Small onion finely chopped
1 Small potato finely chopped
3 Medium tomatoes
200g Fresh mushrooms sliced
Salt and pepper
- Stir fry onion, potato and vegan
sausage with olive oil.
- Add butter. Season with salt and
pepper.
- Stir on low heat for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes, spices, yeast
extract and 600ml water.
- Turn heat up and allow to simmer for 10
minutes.
- Add mushrooms and check seasoning.
- Serve with basmati and wild rice.
