Vegan New Potatoes Recipe

Preparation: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
500 g organic new potatoes
5 Fresh Basil leaves
1 tsp fresh lemon thyme leaves
1 tsp fresh mint
1 tsp fresh chives
1 table spoon olive oil
Black pepper and salt to taste
- Cut new potatoes into halves and boil
for 5 minutes.
- Drain and place in bowl.
- Chop herbs and pour olive oil, mix
thoroughly.
- Add chopped herbs to bowl with salt and
pepper to taste, fold gently.
This
vegan recipe is best served
hot but also delicious as
a
cold snack.
