Vegan Fry Up


French Beans Vegan Fry Recipe

Preparation: 12 minutes

Ingredients:
300g Fresh White Cabbage
100g Fresh Green Beans
1/4 Cup tomato sauce (homemade)
3 tsp Olive oil
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Cider vinegar
2 tsp Brown sugar
1/2 tsp French mustard
1 tsp Fresh sage (chopped)
1 tsp Fresh mint (chopped)
1/2 tsp Fresh thyme
2 Garlic cloves

  • Chop all spices and add them to a hot deep pan with olive oil.
  • Season with black pepper.
  • Chop cabbage into strips and add to the pan with sugar, mustard, soy sauce and vinegar.
  • Stir or toss gently for 5 minutes until cabbage has soften but still has a crunch.
  • Add tomato sauce, crushed garlic and green beans (cut into thin strips if needed).
  • Stir for another 3 minutes on low medium heat.

    Only add salt the end as these spices provide most of the seasoning.
