quality has improved and is now
available in more shops. This
ingredient is so versatile, you can use it for sour or sweet dishes.

Ingredients:
100 g Tofu
10 Goji berries
1/2 lime
2 Fresh sage leaves
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
- Chop Goji berries with chopped sage, 4
tsp olive oil and juice of half lime zest to make the marinate
sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut tofu into cubes (3cm x 3cm) and
soak into marinate sauce for about 10 minutes (for best results
prepare this in advance and soak for 2 hours).
- Deep fry cubes for 30 seconds or until
golden.
- Serve with salad.
