Veg Stir Fry
Chicken Style Veg Stir Fry Recipe -

Ingredients:
100g Soya Chicken style pieces (Quorn brand)
8 Small Asparagus (chopped and thin sliced)
8 Baby sweet corn (chopped in half)
½ Onion
1 Bay leaf
1 Carrot
5 New Potatoes
¼ tsp chopped dill
50 ml White wine
4 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Rice vinegar
1 tsp Honey
2 Garlic cloves
1 tsp Butter
- Slice and boil potatoes for 2 minutes.
Drain.
- Peel and chop onion and garlic.
- Add to the pan with olive oil, bay
leaf, chicken pieces on high heat.
- Add Soy sauce, rice vinegar, chopped
asparagus and sweet corn.
- Pour wine and 50 ml water with honey.
- Season with salt and pepper.#
- Turn heat down and stir regularly for 4
minutes.
- Add 2 table spoons water if necessary. Stir until asparagus is soft to the
bite.
- Take off the heat. Add
chopped dill and butter.
- Ready to serve.
