Vanilla Dessert
Vanilla Dessert recipe made with fresh fruit.
The perfect way to celebrate summer.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
150ml Vanilla yogurt
100g Strawberries
2 Slices pineapple
1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
1 tsp Coconut powder or milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Kiwi (peeled)
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lime juice
Wash fruit separately and chop into bite size pieces.
In a separate bowl, mix vanilla yogurt with coconut, vanilla extract, cinnamon, honey and lime juice.
In a serving glass, add 2 tsp chopped pineapple, then kiwi, followed by 2 table spoons of chopped strawberries.
Add 2 table spoons of mixed yogurt and top with a couple of strawberries.
No only it looks good, it tastes amazing. Nutritious too.
