Tuna Pasta Salad


Tuna Pasta Recipe

Preparation: 7 minutes

Ingredients:
200g Canned tuna
2 Table spoons boiled sweet corn
2 Table spoons chopped cucumber
2 Table spoons chopped mango
100 g Twirl pasta
5 Fresh sage leaves
Virgin olive oil

  • Boil twirl pasta for 4 minutes.
  • Drain pasta and leave to cool down. 
  • Drizzle 1 table spoon of olive oil and stir.
  • Once cold, add pasta to a large bowl.
  • Add tuna, vegetables, mango and chopped sage.
  • Ready to serve.

This tuna salad can be prepared in advance, a great idea for a picnic snack.
