Tomato Dill Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
7 Medium tomatoes
3 tsp Fresh Dill (chopped)
1tsp Tomato sauce
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp olive oil
5 Shallots
2 Garlic cloves
Salt and pepper

  • Peel and chop onions.
  • Stir fry onion and chopped tomatoes with olive oil on high heat for 30 seconds.
  • Take off the heat and blend with remaining ingredients.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake to the heat and allow to simmer for 5 minutes with 500ml water.
  • Serve with toasted bread.

    Tomatoes are loaded with lycopine, beneficial to the heart and blood cells.
    It is also claimed that it prevents prostate and reduces risk of cancer. 
This ingredient contains lycopine (levels increase when cooked) can help prevent certain types of cancer like prostate.  Tomatoes are very good for the heart and blood. 
It can lower cholesterol and protect prostate.
