Tofu
can be bland when cooked on its own, but as in this vegan recipe,
it is an ideal ingredient to absorb all the other strong
flavours. This ingredient is an excellent source of Soy protein
and it is very easy to cook. Also contains essential minerals
like calcium and magnesium, promoting healthy bones.
Heart
cabbage is tender and in its raw stage, adds the crunch bite to heat of
chili and brown sauce. The lime adds a zingy flavour
through the sweet tomato sauce.
