Toast Breakfast


Toast Breakfast Recipe - Quick and delicious, what else could you ask for?
The Philadelphia cheese and tomato sauce adds a creamy texture to this dish.  A hot snack you can eat any time.

Serves: 2
Preparation: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
150g Quorn fillets or chunks
500g baked beans in tomato sauce
2 Table spoons of Philadelphia cheese with garlic
2 tsp Olive oil
1 tsp English mustard
1 Small onion
Salt and pepper

  • Peel and finely chop onion.
  • Stir fry onion with Quorn pieces and olive oil on high heat for 2 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water, Philadelphia cheese, baked beans and mustard.
  • Stir gently on medium heat for 1 minute or until simmering.
  • Serve on top of hot toast.
