Tilapia Recipe
Tilapia Recipe - Mediterranean Style -
A low
fat
recipe rich in
protein.

Preparation: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
2 Tilapia Fish
2 Large potatoes
100g Broccoli
2 Garlic cloves
1 tsp chopped chives
2 tsp chopped sage leaves
2 tsp chopped mint leaves
1 tsp chopped dill
Olive oil
- Boil Tilapia fish for 12 minutes.
- Add chopped sage, chives, mint
and 1
garlic clove to fish pot.
- Meanwhile, boil potatoes
separately for
5 minutes or until soften, prick with fork to test.
Drain and leave to one side.
- Boil broccoli for 3 minutes
separately.
Drain.
- Blend 1 table spoon olive oil
and 1
garlic clove.
- Then add chopped dill
and
season with salt and pepper.
- Serve fish hot with potatoes and
broccoli.
- Pour infused garlic oil over
serving
dish.
Mint
can be used as a muscle relaxant for digestive tract, it can reduce
blocked nose symptoms.
Broccoli
can contribute to stronger bones, healthy eyesight and heart. It
can also help control blood pressure and even prevent cancer.
