Soya Wraps
Soya Wraps Recipe -

delicious snack ready

Preparation: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
4 Flour Wraps
1 Cup Quorn pieces
1 Chili (de-seeded)
1 Table spoon loose sweet corn
1 tsp Hot Peri Peri sauce
2 tsp Tandoori powder
4 Black olives (pitted)
1 Small onion
2 tsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp Clear honey
2 tsp Olive oil
2 tsp Tomato Ketchup
1 Small tomato
1 Free range egg (scrambled)
Fresh parsley and basil leaves for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat flour wraps in the oven on low heat.
- Peel, finely chop onion and fry in hot pan with olive oil.
- Add chopped chili, chopped tomato, Quorn pieces, Peri Peri sauce, Ketchup, Soy sauce and remaining spices.
- Add 3 table spoons of water and stir regularly on medium high heat for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add sweet corn and sliced olives and stir fry for another minute.
- Take off the heat and add 1 generous table spoon in middle of each wrap.
- Add scrambled egg, parsley and basil leaves before wrapping.
- Ready to serve.
Protect your clothes when you are cooking. Even in casual clothes, we
have that favorite t-shirt or sweater. Tomato sauce does not come
off and painting the garment may not be an option.
You can still look sexy when cooking. By this, I do not mean with a model's face on the t-shirt.
