Smoked fish can have a strong taste.  To help maintain fresh breath crunch on some coriander leaves.  Or a small portion of natural yogurt.

Fish is slowly smoked or cured to preserve it.  This helps retain its nutritional value as smoked fish does not normally require further cooking.

Mussels are high in Vitamin B12, folate (form of water soluble Vitamin  B9) and zinc.
