Smoked fish can have a strong taste. To help maintain fresh
breath crunch on some coriander leaves. Or a small portion of
natural yogurt.
Fish is slowly smoked or cured to preserve it. This helps retain
its nutritional value as smoked fish does not normally require further
cooking.
