- Slice lemon and
insert 2 slices inside fish with 1 bay leaf, garlic clove and rosemary stick. Season
with salt and pepper.
- Cover with kitchen foil.
- Place in preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20
minutes.
- Boil potatoes for 5 minutes and asparagus for 3
minutes.
- When serving fish remove herbs (save garlic) and
drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve hot.
