Sea Bass With New Potatoes


Sea Bass Recipe

Ingredients:
2 Small Seabass
500g New potatoes
250g Asparagus
25g Fresh rosemary
2 Garlic cloves
2 Bay leaf
1 Lemon
Olive Oil
Salt and pepper
  • Slice lemon and insert 2 slices inside fish with 1 bay leaf, garlic clove and rosemary stick.  Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover with kitchen foil.
  • Place in preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Boil potatoes for 5 minutes and asparagus for 3 minutes.
  • When serving fish remove herbs (save garlic) and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Serve hot.

Rosemary can help fight infection and assist drainage for Lymphatic disorder.  Adding rosemary ingredient to your diet, can also help treat yeast infection.

Asparagus has a low calorific value but it is rich in antioxidants and vitamins A and C.  Antioxidants like rutin, ferulic acid and ascorbic acid. This ingredient is recommended for cleansing blood, is high in fibre, can boost your immunity and ease digestion.
