Vegetarian Sausage Casserole
Sausage Casserole- Vegetarian Pot Recipe
This
is a suggestion from the collection of vegetarian pot recipes and is
perfect for a cold winter’s day.

Ingredients:
100 g boiled chick peas
240 g baked beans (in tomato sauce)
8 Vegetarian Sausages
2 Carrots (sliced)
5 Small potatoes
150 g small mushrooms
2 tsp tandoori
spice
1 tsp turmeric
¼ tsp fresh ginger (crushed)
½ Onion
1 Tomato
1 Bay leaf
1 Garlic clove
50 ml wine
Olive oil
- Fry crunched ginger, chopped onion and
garlic on high heat with1 table spoon of olive oil.
- Add sausages, bay leaf and chopped
tomato. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour wine with 500 ml water.
- Add chopped potatoes (quarters),
turmeric, tandoori spice and sliced carrots.
- Boil for 6 minutes.
- Then add chopped mushrooms, beans (with
tomato sauce) and chick peas.
- Stir occasionally and boil for another
5 minutes on medium low heat.
- Ready to serve.
