Salmon Salad With Muli


Salmon Salad Recipe - This fish salad is the perfect snack or lunch.

Serves: 2
Preparation: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
100 g Muli (large radish)
100 g Carrots
1 Small lettuce
1 Salmon fillet (large)
10 Cherry tomatoes
10 Fresh mint leaves
3 Sweet peppers
¼ Caraway seeds
Olive oil
  • Boil salmon fillet for 8 minutes.
  • Drain excess water and leave to one site to cool down.
  • Grill whole sweet peppers for 5 minutes.  
  • Peel skin off under running water, de-seed and chop into thin strips.  Add to a large bowl.
  • Peel and grate muli and carrots.  Add to bowl.
  • Season with salt and pepper (ground).
  • Add chopped mint, 1 table spoon of olive oil, caraway seeds and mix.
  • Serve salad on a plate and add salmon flakes with cherry tomatoes.
