Salmon Pastry
Salmon Pastry or Pasty Recipe -
Baked
recipes with a rich flavour
using simple ingredients.

Serves: 4
Preparation: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
500g Puff pastry
250g Salmon fillet
100g Cheddar cheese
50g green runner beans
50ml olive oil
1 tsp Caraway seeds
Pepper
Salt
- Boil salmon for 5 minutes, drain and
remove fish bones.
- Boil runner beans for 2 minutes and
drain.
- Pre-heat oven at 220 C degrees.
- Brush olive oil over large baking tray
and put in oven to heat.
- Roll out puff pastry until 0.5 cm thick.
- Remove baking tray and place pastry
dough in tray.
- Grate cheese and put over pastry dough.
- Flake salmon and place over cheese.
- Add green runner beans on top.
- Sprinkle caraway seeds.
Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle 3 tsp olive oil and
bake in oven for 25 minutes.
- Serve hot.
