Salmon Pasta
Salmon Pasta Recipe - quick and easy to make.

Preparation: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 Salmon fillet
250g Penne Pasta
25g Parsley
1 Parsnip
1 tsp chopped chives
1/4 mustard seeds
Olive oil
- Boil salmon for 10 minutes, drain.
- Meanwhile, peel and chop parsnip into
thin strips (same size as penne).
- Boil penne pasta, parsnip strips and
mustard seeds together for 6 minutes.
- Drain pasta and parsnip and put in a
bowl. Drizzle 1 table spoon of olive oil.
- Split salmon into large flakes and add
to the pasta.
- Add chopped parsley, chives, salt,
pepper and mix gently.
- Delicious hot or cold.
Salmon
contains Omega 3 oils like Triglyceride, promoting a healthy heart and
bones. Also a good source of Calcium, iron, Vitamin A, B and
D.
