- Boil salmon fillets
for 10 minutes, drain, divide each fillet into 4 pieces and allow to cool down.
- In a separate pan, boil pasta for 2 minutes, wash
under cold water tap, drain, sprinkle olive oil
and set aside.
- Peel half cucumber and chop into small cubes
(0.5cm thick).
- Finely chop dill and mix with cucumber in a large
bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add chick peas, salmon and pasta to the bowl.
- Pour mayonnaise and fold evenly.
- Serve with boiled egg and fresh tomato slices.
- Best served chilled (at least 30 minutes in the
fridge).
