Quorn Mince Wrap

Ingredients:
200g Quorn mince
4 Flour round wraps
1 Lettuce (chopped)
1 Garlic cloves
2 tsp paprika         
4 tsp tomato Ketchup
4 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp chopped coriander
1 tsp crushed ginger
2 tsp Peri Peri sauce
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lime juice
Black pepper
Sea salt
  • Gently stir fry Quorn mince in heated pan with olive oil.
  •  Add crushed ginger and garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
  • Add spices, lime juice, Soy sauce and season to taste.
  • Stir regularly for 3 minutes on low heat.
  • Warm flour wraps under the grill for 2 minutes.
  • Remove mince mixture from the heat.
  • Spread 1 tsp tomato ketchup in the center of each wrap.
  • Repeat with 1 tsp mayonnaise.
  • Add 2 table spoons of mince mixture on top of wrap.
  • Add 1 table spoon of chopped strips of lettuce.
  • Roll wrap gently and tightly.
  • Cut each wrap in half and serve.
