Quorn Mince Wrap
Quorn Mince Wrap Recipe - Vegetarian

Ingredients:
200g Quorn mince
4 Flour round wraps
1 Lettuce (chopped)
1 Garlic cloves
2 tsp paprika
4 tsp tomato Ketchup
4 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp chopped coriander
1 tsp crushed ginger
2 tsp Peri Peri sauce
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lime juice
Black pepper
Sea salt
- Gently stir fry Quorn mince in heated pan with olive oil.
- Add crushed ginger and garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
- Add spices, lime juice, Soy sauce and season to taste.
- Stir regularly for 3 minutes on low heat.
- Warm flour wraps under the grill for 2 minutes.
- Remove mince mixture from the heat.
- Spread 1 tsp tomato ketchup in the center of each wrap.
- Repeat with 1 tsp mayonnaise.
- Add 2 table spoons of mince mixture on top of wrap.
- Add 1 table spoon of chopped strips of lettuce.
- Roll wrap gently and tightly.
- Cut each wrap in half and serve.
