Quorn Lasagna
Vegetarian Quorn Lasagna Recipe -
This
vegetarian lasagna recipe
will not disappoint even
meat eaters coming for
dinner!

Preparation: 1 hour
Ingredients:
300 g Quorn mince
200 g chopped tomatoes
500 ml Béchamel sauce
250 g Lasagna pasta sheets
20 g Fresh basil leaves
20 g grated Parmesan cheese
1 Onion
1 Garlic clove
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Bay leaf
Salt and pepper
- Fry chopped onions in pan until soft
with olive oil.
- Add mince, bay leaf and garlic, stir
gently in low heat for about 3 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes (remove seeds). Season with salt and pepper.
- Add 300 ml of hot water and turn to
high heat for about 2 minutes.
- Remove bay leaf, add basil leaves and
stir.
- Place half of mince onto baking tray
and add 1 layer of lasagna sheets on top.
- Using remaining mince repeat the
process.
- Pour béchamel sauce on top of 2nd layer
of lasagna sheets.
- Place in pre-heated oven at 210 degrees
for about 40 minutes
- Serve with Parmesan on top.
