Prawn Spaghetti
Prawn Spaghetti - Gambirini Spaghetti Italian Style

Preparation: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
200 g Prawns (peeled)
100 g spaghetti
1 Red pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp piri piri sauce
2 Garlic cloves
1 Small medium chili
Salt and pepper
- Boil spaghetti for 5 minutes. Drain and
season with salt and pepper.
- De-seed chili and pepper.
- Chop garlic, chili, pepper and stir
fry in large pan on medium high heat for 30 seconds.
- Add paprika, piri piri sauce and prawns.
- Stir regularly for 2 minutes and add
spaghetti folding gently.
- Ready to serve.
