- Cook pasta in
boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and pour 1 tsp olive oil to avoid drying out.
- Heat frying pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil and
add finely chopped onion and chili.
- Add prawns, whole mushrooms, bay leaf, salt and
pepper.
- Stir for about 30 seconds on high heat, then add
wine.
- Allow to simmer for about 2 minutes and add peas,
grated carrot, pasta and cream.
- Stir gently for another 2 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
Bay dry leaf should not be eaten but gives wonderful
flavour to the recipe. It is also said to ease digestion.
