Prawn Chili Soup
Prawn Chili Soup Recipe -

is a
low fat fish
recipe full of flavour

Ingredients:
20 Large prawns
2 Carrots
2 Chili (De-seeded)
1 Sweet red pepper
5 Fresh green beans (or runner beans)
1 Small onion
1 Tomato

Table spoons wine

spoon loose sweet corn
2 tsp
Soy sauce
1 tsp fresh chives
(chopped)
1 tsp fresh oregano (chopped)
½ tsp
piri piri sauce (Peri Peri)
2 Fresh
sage leaves
3 Fresh mint leaves
½ tsp
paprika
1 tsp honey
Olive oil
- Slice green beans across (into eye
shape) and leave to one side.
- De- seed and chop tomato, chili and
pepper.
- Peel and chop onion and garlic, add to
pre-heated deep pan on high heat together with olive oil.
- Add soy sauce, wine, honey, chopped
herbs, green beans and chopped carrots, remaining
vegetables and spices. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add 500 ml water and boil for 4
minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Add prawns and taste to check
seasoning. Turn heat down and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
