Soup Recipe- Potato And Leek Soup

Preparation: 12 minutes
Ingredients:
500 g Potatoes
500 g Leeks
1 Garlic glove
1 Celery stem
½ tsp Chopped lemon grass
3 Bread toast slices
1 Table spoon salt
½ tsp Pepper

Chop all vegetables and boil for about 5 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Pass through a strainer for a smoother texture.
- Take soup to low heat for 2 minutes, stir regularly.
- Cut toast slices into small croutons.
- Serve hot and decorate with croutons.
