Sweet Potato Cube Tapas Recipe -

Ingredients:
500g Sweet Potatoes
1 Tomato
2 chilies
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 lemon
Olive oil
Pepper
Salt
- Peel sweet potato and cut into cubes (3
x 3 cm). Wash and drain.
- Deep fry for 12 minutes or put in Tefal
Fryer for 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- To make the chili sauce, de-seed tomato
and chillies.
- Blend chopped tomato and
chillies with Tabasco sauce, ½ lemon juice and 1 table
spoon olive oil.
- Serve hot.
