Penne Bowl


Penne Bowl Recipe
 
I had some cabbage left over from another recipe so I decided to create this dish using remaining ingredients in the cupboard.

Preparation: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
300g Tomato sauce (recipe)
300g Penne pasta
200g Quorn mince
100g Chopped white cabbage
1 table spoon chopped coriander
1 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp Olive oil
10 Fresh Mint leaves
1 tsp Paprika powder
2 Garlic cloves

  • Boil pasta for 2 minutes, meanwhile chop cabbage.
  • Stir fry cabbage with garlic, olive oil, mint leave and Quorn mince for 3 minutes on high heat.
  • Add remaining ingredients including drained pasta and stir gently for 2 minutes.
  • Ready to serve.
