Paneer
Delight

Serves: 2
Preparation: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
150g paneer (Asian ingredient)
200g spaghetti
1 Table spoon chopped coriander
1 Table spoon olive oil
1 Table spoon butter
400 ml
tomato sauce
1 Cup chopped red cabbage
1 Medium onion
1 Garlic clove
Salt and pepper
- Boil spaghetti pasta for 3 minutes, drain and add butter. Cover with
lid.
- Stir fry finely sliced cabbage with olive oil on high heat for 1
minute.
- Add chopped onion, garlic and paneer cubes.
- Stir and cook for another 30 seconds. Season with salt
and pepper.
- Add tomato sauce, coriander and 2 table spoons of water.
- Allow to simmer for 2 minutes before serving with pasta.
- You may also prefer to infuse the pasta with the sauce by stir it on
medium heat for 1 minute.
