Mushroom Stir Fry
Oyster Mushroom Stir Fry Recipe
The portion may appear small but it is very satisfying.

Preparation: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
400 g Oyster mushrooms
100g Steamed French beans
1 Sweet orange pepper
1 Sweet yellow pepper
1 Sweet red pepper
½ Carrot steamed
1 Garlic clove
2 tsp chopped coriander
1 tsp honey
1 tsp Soy sauce
½ Lemon (juice)
3 tsp Olive oil
Salt and pepper
- Finely chop peppers, carrot, garlic and fresh beans.
- Stir fry with olive oil for 2 minutes on high heat.
- Add Soy sauce, lemon juice and honey. Season with salt and
pepper.
- Add chopped mushrooms and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
- Serve with chopped coriander.
