Homemade Cheese And Onion Pasty, easy

Preparation: 1 hour
Ingredients:
200g bread mix (fast rising)
1 Tomato
50g cheese
1 Small onion
5 Fresh basil leaves
2 Table spoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
- Mix bread mixture and leave to rest for
20 minutes.
- De-seed and slice tomatoes.
- Add basil leaves, sliced onion, grated
cheese and 1 table spoon of olive oil.
- Roll out bread dough into a circle (1cm
thick).
- Brush remaining olive oil on the circle.
- Place ingredients on the top part of
the circle.
- Fold bottom part of circle onto the top
part to form half moon shape.
- Press edges gently with thumb to seal
parcel.
- Bake in pre heated oven for 20 minutes
at 220 degrees.
- Serve hot.
