Olive Peppers Bread Recipe -

Serves: 4
Preparation: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1 Sweet red pepper
20 black olives (pitted)
500g bread dough mix
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper
2 tsp olive oil
- De-seed and finely chop sweet pepper.
- Slice pitted olives and add to the chopped pepper.
- Add to a bowl and mix with olive oil and paprika.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out bread dough to a large circle 2,5 cm thick.
- Place mixture evenly in half of the circle.
- Brush edges with olive oil and seal gently by pressing with a fork.
- Bake in hot oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
A simply delicious hot bread sandwich recipe, if you like it with some extra heat, add a few chili seeds in the filling.
