Olive Peppers Bread


Olive Peppers Bread Recipe - This is a snack suggestion best served hot.

Preparation: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1 Sweet red pepper
20 black olives (pitted)
500g bread dough mix
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper
2 tsp olive oil

  •  De-seed and finely chop sweet pepper.
  • Slice pitted olives and add to the chopped pepper. 
  • Add to a bowl and mix with olive oil and paprika.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll out bread dough to a large circle 2,5 cm thick.
  •  Place mixture evenly in half of the circle.
  • Brush edges with olive oil and seal gently by pressing with a fork.
  • Bake in hot oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
A simply delicious hot bread sandwich recipe, if you like it with some extra heat, add a few chili seeds in the filling.
