Ingredients:
10 Medium button mushrooms
4 Table spoons grated cheddar cheese
2 Small tomatoes
4 Slices of bread
1 tsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
- Slice mushrooms
thinly.
- Fry mushrooms for 30 seconds on each side with
butter and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper and remove from the
heat.
- Add 2 table spoons of grated cheese to one slice
of bread.
- Add 2 table spoons of mushrooms on top of the
cheese.
- Add 4 thin slices of tomato on top of mushrooms
and cover with slice of bread.
- Toast sandwich for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
So easy to make and so delicious is
this hot sandwich snack, you can have it for breakfast or for lunch.
