- Boil pasta for 3
minutes. Drain and leave to one side (drizzle with olive oil to avoid drying out).
- Chop garlic finely and add to large frying pan and
1 table spoon of olive oil.
- Add sliced mushrooms and stir fry for 1 minute.
Season with salt and pepper.
- Add turmeric, white port, bay leaf, mustard and
stir with pasta gently for 30 seconds on high heat.
- Turn heat down and pour cream, stir regularly for
1 minute.
- Serve hot and decorate with coriander.
