Mushroom Stir Fry
Mushroom Stir Fry Recipe - This mushroom recipe is a quick energy
booster.

Ingredients:
125 g Mushrooms
400 g New Potatoes
1 Large clove of garlic
1 Green Pepper
50 g black olives
2 Soup spoons Hemp seed oil
2 Soup spoons sweet white wine
1 Soup spoon olive oil
Salt and Pepper
- Peel, cut new potatoes into slices 1 cm thick and boil for 5
minutes.
- Drain and leave to one side.
- Peel and chop garlic finely. De-seed and chop pepper into
small squares.
- Heat large frying pan with olive oil, add garlic and pepper.
- Stir for about 30 seconds. Pour Hemp seed oil into the pan.
- Add new potatoes, wine, olives,mushrooms, salt and pepper.
- Stir gently for about 5 minutes on medium high heat.
- Serve hot.
