Mushroom Stir Fry


Mushroom Stir Fry Recipe - This mushroom recipe is a quick energy booster.

Ingredients:
125 g Mushrooms
400 g New Potatoes
1 Large clove of garlic
1 Green Pepper
50 g black olives
2 Soup spoons Hemp seed oil
2 Soup spoons sweet white wine
1 Soup spoon olive oil
Salt and Pepper
 
  • Peel, cut new potatoes into slices 1 cm thick and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Drain and leave to one side.
  • Peel and chop garlic finely. De-seed and chop pepper into small squares.
  • Heat large frying pan with olive oil, add garlic and pepper. 
  • Stir for about 30 seconds.  Pour Hemp seed oil into the pan. 
  • Add new potatoes, wine, olives,mushrooms, salt and pepper.
  • Stir gently for about 5 minutes on medium high heat.
  • Serve hot.
Health tip: Hemp seed oil is rich in Omega 3, 6 and 9.
Mushrooms help fight cancer, strength bones, can lower cholesterol and improve control blood pressure.
