Kana Chana Bean Sauce
Kana Chana Bean Sauce Recipe - this is a
simple recipe with tasty ingredients.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
250g Tinned Kana-Chana Beans
100g Green beans (frozen)
200ml
Fresh tomato sauce
1 Sweet red pepper
1 Small onion
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp olive oil
1 Chili
De-seed and chop red pepper and chili.
Stir fry chopped onion, chili and red pepper with olive oil in hot pan.
Add cumin seeds and Kana beans.
Stir gently on high heat for 5 minutes.
Add green beans and tomato sauce.
Season to taste and add 50ml hot water.
Stir regularly for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot with pasta.
