Kana Chana Bean Sauce


Kana Chana Bean Sauce Recipe - this is a simple recipe with tasty ingredients.

Ingredients:
250g Tinned Kana-Chana Beans
100g Green beans (frozen)
200ml Fresh tomato sauce
1 Sweet red pepper
1 Small onion
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp olive oil
1 Chili

  • De-seed and chop red pepper and chili.
  • Stir fry chopped onion, chili and red pepper with olive oil in hot pan.
  • Add cumin seeds and Kana beans.
  • Stir gently on high heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add green beans and tomato sauce.
  • Season to taste and add 50ml hot water.
  • Stir regularly for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot with pasta.
