Grilled Trout With French Mustard
Grilled Trout Recipe - A great
way to compliment fresh
fish.
This recipe works well with barbecue parties also.

Preparation: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 Large trout fillet
2 tsp Butter
1 tsp French mustard
1 tsp Chopped chives
1/2 tsp Ginger powder
2 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
- Start by making the marinate paste by mixing butter, mustard,
ginger powder and olive oil.
- Add chopped chives, season to taste and fold gently.
- Spread marinate on top of fish fillet evenly and leave to chill in
the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill trout in hot grill plate or barbecue, placing skin side down
first for 3 minutes.
- Turn and cook other side for 2 minutes on medium heat.
- Take off the heat and serve with fresh salad.
Do not worry if the marinate disappears when cooked. The heat of
the hot grill will help give it a smoky flavour.
