Ingredients:
2 Salmon fillets
300 g Organic New potatoes
400g Broccoli
1 Organic tomato
2 Medium carrots
500ml Béchamel sauce
- Remove skin and
fish bones from salmon, steam for about 15 minutes.
- Boil new potatoes for about 7 minutes.
- Boil chopped carrots and broccoli for about 4
minutes in separate pans.
- Heat béchamel sauce and pour over the salmon in a
serving plate.
- Serve with vegetables.
