Ingredients:
4 Slices bread
100 ml milk
2 Table spoons Olive oil
2 Eggs
Cinnamon
Sugar
- Beat 2 eggs with milk and soak bread slices.
- Heat pan with olive oil and fry bread 30 seconds each side.
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon powder over bread.
- Ready to serve.

USA.
I remember as a child how much I loved this sweet toast for
breakfast.
My mum used to make lots in winter, takes me back to the best years of
my life.
