Cucumber And Tabasco Sandwich


Cucumber Sandwich Recipe
Always tasty when prepared with fresh ingredients.
The perfect healthy sandwich for lunch.

Preparation: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
5 Bread slices
½ Cucumbers
½ Lemon zest
½ Carrot
8 Black olives
1 Pear
3 tsp Soya butter
1 tsp Sour cream
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tsp Freshly chopped coriander leaves
 1 tsp Worcester sauce
Pepper and salt
                                           
  • Mix butter with Tabasco sauce.  Butter bread slices on one side.
  • Spread sour cream on first bread slice.
  • Add layer of wafer thin cucumbers slices.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add bread slice on top, add thin slices of peeled pear.
  • Add grated carrot.
  • Drizzle Worcester sauce on top of grated carrot.
  • Cover with bread slice, add another layer of cucumbers thin slices.
  • Add coriander leaves and cover with bread slice.
  • Repeat the process and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover with last bread slice.
  • Remove bread crusts and cut into triangle shape.
  • Decorate with olive slices and lemon zest.
  • Ready to serve
  If serving as tapas, cut sandwich into small triangle shapes before decorating to avoid the tower falling apart. 
Well worth the time assembling it.
