Chili Beans Sem Carne
Chili Beans Recipe -
This
is is one of my favourite
vegetarian
chili recipes.
Healthy,
tasty and satisfying.

Serves: 2
Preparation: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
500g Quorn mince
50 g spaghetti pasta
200g Red kidney beans (pre-boiled)
200g mushrooms
2 Tomatoes
2 Garlic cloves
2 Red peppers
1 Red onion
2 Tablespoons
olive oil
3 Tablespoons red wine
1 tablespoon Peri Peri sauce
1 Bay leaf
1 Chili (hot)
Salt and pepper to taste
- Chop onion and take to the heat until
golden.
- Add chopped tomatoes, peppers, garlic
and mince
- Stir gently and add bay leaf, chili,
finely chopped tomatoes, Peri Peri sauce, beans and chopped
mushrooms into quarters.
- Add wine and turn heat up, stir
regularly.
- Do not let ingredients dry, add 100 ml
boiling water and stir for about 5 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Serve with boiled spaghetti.
