Cheese Wraps

Cheese Wraps Recipe - Avocado will add a creamy texture to this wrap recipe to compensate for the bite provided by the lemon juice.

Serves: 2
Preparation: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
2 Soft flour wraps
100g Grated cheese (low fat)
1 tsp Fresh coriander (chopped)
½ Green sweet pepper
½ Small onion (chopped)
½ lemon juice
4 Thin slices cucumber
½ Avocado (chopped)
2 Table spoons light salad cream
4 Thin slices fresh tomato
Pepper and salt

  • Chop ingredients as above indicated for quick assembly.
  • Place wraps in oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Spread 1 table spoon of salad cream in the middle of each wrap.
  • Place 2 tomato and cucumber slices on top.
  • Sprinkle with chopped coriander.  Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add chopped pepper and avocado.  Drizzle 4 drops of lemon juice.
  • Add 2 tsp chopped onion on each wrap.
  • Add 2 table spoons grated cheese on top and fold in half.
  • Gently press together and roll.
  • Ready to serve.
