Casserole Pasta


Casserole Pasta Recipe - If you love casseroles and pasta dishes, this is a recipe to try.  Great flavour that will not disappoint.

Serves: 2

Ingredients:
200g Taglitelle Pasta
100g Garden peas
150g Quorn Soya pieces
50g Loose sweet corn
2 tsp Paprika powder
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
5 tsp Tomato Ketchup
5 tsp Sweet chili sauce
1 tsp Brown sugar
5 Chili seeds
4 tsp Olive oil
1 tsp turmeric
2 Garlic cloves

  • Boil pasta, drain, add 2 tsp olive olive and stir.  Leave to one side.
  • Chop garlic and stir fry with Quorn pieces, remaining olive oil, mustard seeds, chili seeds and brown sugar for 2 minutes on high heat.
  • Season with sea salt and black pepper.
  • Add 100 ml water, paprika, turmeric, chili sauce, tomato Ketchup.
  • Stir gently for 30 seconds before adding peas, sweet corn and taglitelle pasta.
  • Gently stir for another 2 minutes and serve hot.
