Canned Tuna Salad

Canned Tuna Salad Recipe - This recipe is low in fat and low in calories.

Preparation: 7 minutes

    Ingredients:
    250 g canned tuna
    1 table spoon kidney beans (boiled)
    1 tsp runner beans (chopped and boiled)
    5 Fresh basil leaves (chopped)
    2 Baby carrots (chopped)
    ¼ Sweet red pepper
¼ tsp paprika powder 
1 tsp sweet corn (boiled)       
    1 tsp lime juice
    1 tsp rice vinegar
    1 tsp Olive oil
                                                    
 
    -    Pre-boil and chop ingredients as above indicated.
    -    Mix vegetables, paprika, vinegar, lime juice and olive oil in a bowl.
    -    Season with salt and pepper.
    -    Add tuna, chopped basil leaves and stir gently.
    -    Ready to serve.
