- Pre-heat oven at 210 degrees
Celsius.
- Slice new potatoes into thin slices and stir fry with olive
oil, butter, flour and milk.
- After 2 minutes, remove from the heat. Season with salt,
pepper and nutmeg.
- Roll out pastry to fit into pre greased oven tray in shell
shape (30 cm x 30 cm)
- Add potatoes on to top of pastry including the milk sauce.
- Add grated cheese, crushed garlic, broccoli and beaten eggs.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 1 minute before
serving.
A satisfying portion of vegetarian pie
